Returns & Exchanges
At Salty Kiss Shop, every item is made to order—crafted just for you, not pulled from a warehouse. Because of this, our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and protect the quality of what we create.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
Please review all product details and size charts carefully before ordering.
❗ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at saltykissshop@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Once reviewed, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
🚫 Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly.
We can only accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, your order is already in production and cannot be modified.
📦 Returns Sent Without Approval
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
💳 Refunds (if approved)
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to process the refund
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
🌍 International Orders
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, so international returns do not apply.
